Strength, Speed, Agility and Quickness Clinics (SAQ) (Open to Everyone)

These will be open to lacrosse and non-lacrosse players as this type of training is important for every athlete. Not only does this help the athlete with becoming a better all-around athlete but also helps with injury prevention. Strength training will be all body resistance training with a focus on form and preparing athletes to be more mobile and ready to train with weights.

Speed, Agility and Quickness training will consist of cone and ladder drills to really focus on the explosiveness and footwork of the athlete. Stations will be set up to make sure that athletes are putting the entire hour to good use and so they can get the most out of each clinic.

As stated above, the strength aspect of these clinics will focus mainly around body weight movements with high stress around the athletes form to prepare them for the next stage of their training, the weight room.

The program for this clinic has been constructed by former and current athletes that have the knowledge and experience to make sure our athletes get the most out of each session.
